Brain Switch Program

This program is for leaders who want to step-up their leadership skills with an understanding of the science behind ‘what makes us tick’. It takes everyday leaders from some awkward day-to-day juggling to dynamic, focused leadership expertise.

Whether you are at the beginning of your leadership journey or have been a leader for some years, this program will give you the ability become a leader that is switched-on.


Many leaders come from a technical background having proved their excellence in that field. Some may continue to struggle for years not quite able to fully develop their people-skillset.

Brain Switch allows everyone to accelerate their knowledge into practical know-how – it is an art, science and process to be a leader that enables their people to transform into the power team.

Brain Switch is divided into two main parts:

Brain Switch – Leadership Landscape:

  • Mindset Matters
  • Building Resilience Muscle
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Taming chaos – habits that serve

This section focuses on the individual person. It takes them through the key areas of self-development using the neuroscience lens.

Brain Switch – Leadership Intelligence:

  • Conversation, Communication, Collaboration
  • Culture of Engagement and Trust
  • Managing Change

This looks at how the leader can connect better with their teams. The people will enjoy coming to work and will achieve their successes through fantastic engagement resulting in better productivity.

This program is available as an in-person workshop or virtual.

Brain Switch is a modular program. Each module can be presented a variety of formats including half-day or full day workshop.

For in-depth action-learning a coaching program is also recommended.

All presentations and/or workshops will be tailored to the audience and their specific requirements.
